This is a 6-axis CNC spiral bevel gear generator, on which circular-arc teeth can be cut with 5 simultaneously controlled axes while cycloidal teeth can be machined with 6 simultaneously controlled axes. Based on the tooth profile generating principle and the application software, the dynamic controls of the spiral bevel gear pairs with the optimized transmission quality and the calculations of cutter parameters can be performed. Through the man-machine interface and the management software of the summaries, parameters of both the machine and the cutter can be input and amended in order to accomplish the controls of traces of the coordinate movements. Gears with stable Grade 6 Accuracy Quantity (GB/T11365-89) can be machined highly efficiently, using several machining methods. Characterized by the reasonable layout of the machine structure, the high rigidity, stability and reliability of the transmission system, the powerful software package and the collaboration with the gear measuring center together with the contact pattern developing function, this machine is especially suitable for the automobile, earth-moving machinery and military industries.
Description:
1. A brand-new machine structure, of witch the cradle rotation is replaced with the linear movement, is adopted on the machine.
2. The machine has six fully closed loop controlled CNC axes, i.e. three linear axes (X, Y and Z) and three rotating axe (A, B and C).
3. With an adjustable transmission torque, a combined friction and damping structure is used for the work spindle swiveling (B-axis) to perform the high rigidity and high precision movement of the B-axis.
4. Damping designs are applied for both the work spindle and the cutter spindle to increase the dynamic property of the machine.
5. Modular design is adopted for the machine structure, and all the components are relatively independent.
6. All the bearings and the driving elements of the machine are designed with high rigidity, high reliability and a long service life. They are all the world famous brands.
7. Sophisticated hydraulic and pneumatic systems and suitable cooling and chip removal devices are equipped on the machine.
