This machine is a CNC gear shaper, mainly for large, medium-sized reducer, wind power parts, tractors,
construction machinery, mining and metallurgical machinery, machine tools, aviation, textile machinery and

mainly used for processing external tooth spur gear and various forms of non-circular spur gear and plate cam.
Helical guide and shaper cutters can be processed helical gears with helical teeth, the use of special tools can
process a variety of tooth combination of sub-involute spline.
Description:
1. The machine is a vertical layout, the turret swing so that the knife table in four rectangular rail radial feed. Bed, column, knife, table have excellent rigidity of the structure and transmission.
2. The machine axis linkage CNC gear shaper, three CNC axis rotation (X): shaper cutters, rotary table (Y), table radial feed (Z).
